God's Physicians

Under Construction

I became acquainted with Pastor Kopko when he was in Fort Myers, Florida and have subscribed to God’s Physician ever since. Later I met Pastor Kopko at a National Health Federation convention in Seattle Washington. He was a very friendly person and we corresponded by email ever since. I am a amalgam filling, mercury and fluoride activist and appreciate the work that Pastor Kopko did to bring awareness to others in these areas and about health in general. I pray that God will comfort Doris and the entire family.                                                         Jim Gruber Ephrata,Washington

“ I will seek the lost, and will bring back the strayed, and I will bind up the injured, and will strengthen the weak.” Ezekiel 34:16This was our pastor’s mission. To treat others as Jesus would have treated them. Our family attended the West Sacramento Church and will never forget the Pastor’s kindness towards our Brother Micheal. Micheal was disruptive during service but Pastor Kopko never treated him harshly. He treated Micheal with love and respect. He would tell him of the love of Jesus and offer prayer. The Pastor was loving and kind, he is missed. Ann Thomas, California

The news of Pastor Kopko’s death was a complete shock to me. I was in disbelief when I read your letter and had to confirm it before I could believe it. I belonged to the Angwin Village Church for years. He came to Angwin shortly after I moved to College Place. Though he was not my Pastor, I talked to him several times on the phone. I finally met Doris and Tom at a funeral per the Pastor’s request to meet up. I have enjoyed the materials he has sent for the past 12 years! I have an interest in anything that has to do with health and I wish God’s blessings to the Kopko’s and your ministry. Don’t forget the fun things and the vitamin—Love and Laughter.                                                          Phyllis Wical, North Carolina

I will always be grateful for the privilege to know and to work with Tom Kopko and, his wife, Doris. Truly a most wonderful Pastor and wife team who exhibited true Christian love to each of our church family. His outreach to the community was “second to none” he was loved by all. I will long remember his “God loves you and so do I” as well as a prayer to end each conversation. His accomplishments and contributions to the work of God far exceed anyone I’ve known. He was truly a great under-shepherd. A friend to all-helpful to all, young and old alike, and an inspiration to all who knew him. We appreciated his visits to Ft Myers. They were a breath of fresh air. Pastor Kopko will be missed and Doris is in my prayers.                                                                                         Betty Chapin, Florida

As a visitor to the warm and loving community of the Angwin Village Church, my first opportunity to fellowship with Pastor Kopko was a warm and uplifting experience. I remember Pastor Kopko greeting me with a grand smile and an animated spirit that told me that he was on fire for the Lord. He was an advocate of vitamin L –laughter- and the 8 laws of health. Whenever I visited, he encouraged me to “Stick close to Jesus and come back again!” He never passed up an opportunity to discuss, “The big picture” of Jesus sacrifice and His love towards us. Pastor Kopko had a wonderful sense of humor. In my conversations with Pastor Kopko he was encouraged by my questions and always ended his statements my saying “Test what I said with the scriptures”. After study and prayer I decided to be baptized July 14th 2007 by Pastor Tom. He displayed concern with my Christian development through books, kind letter, and even a little jar of his much beloved charcoal. My deepest sympathies go out to Mrs. Kopko, my prayers are that the Lord comfort and keep her. Rev 21:4.                      Charlotte Duckworth CA

Tom was my hero whether it be athletics, religion, medicine or if I needed advice, he was always there regardless if he was in New Jersey, Florida, Louisiana, or California. Growing up, we lived four blocks away from each other. He was a fantastic athlete in baseball and basketball.
When Tom was discharged from the army and married we kept in contact. He would visit my factory in Newark and give me advice, charcoal, fisherman’s friend and he put an air purifier in my office We would play basketball when he would visit. I also attended the Newark church that he pastored.
Whenever I required medical or religious consultation I would call Tom first. He would give me his opinion, prayer and follow up with a newsletter and appropriate tape. My medical library contains his newsletters and signed copies of “True Healing with Nature’s Doctors”
About fifteen years ago Tom and I had lunch at Kless’s diner in Irvington. I asked him “Tom, you have devoted your life to helping so many people for so many years regardless of their affiliation. Looking back, what would you do differently?” Tom replied ‘Ted, if time permitted, I would take each person by the hand and escort them to the proper therapy for their illness.”
Tom was a leader and had a wonderful life on earth, helping everyone he has come in contact with. I am so proud to have grown up with Tom and have him as my friend. He has shaped my life and I pray that I meet up with him again, with the Lord.
